Okay

Man I have so much to write about. The thing is that I won't this time because I've been feeling lethargic as fuck all backwards forever. I don't even really know what it is. I have absolutely nothing to be bleugh over in my life. --Lying. I could totally have a better graphics card. Aside from that, I'm good. Am I depressed? I'm not sad. Just unmotivated. I don't really wanna talk to anyone.
It's been getting worse, I feel.
It seems work brings it out the most.

Dunno, aside from a few people that don't hover, I just want to be left alone for the most part.

It comes and goes, this lethargy. Maybe it has something to do with how sore I am all the time. I swear, the only other thing that makes me feel crappier than work is my mattress. I wake up with my neck, back, and shoulder hurting every morning.

It might also help if I had a friend that was into the same things I am, and that wouldn't have an abrasive personality. The horrible part about that is that I don't really want them unless they left me alone, and we only hung out in virtual worlds. And if we did hang out, we'd just like... watch stuff on Netflix and didn't talk. Just ate and drank. Chinese food and probably booze. And then I'd install games off Steam, like Penumbra, on their computer and watch them play it and be like LOL YOURE SO SCURRED BITCH and they'd be like OMFG YOU ASSHOLE STFU and then I'd get all quiet and wait for a part where it gets creepy and then startle the crap out of them AND IT'D BE SO FUN AND GREAT. And we'd record all the reactions on facecam. And then we'd go to Denny's.And then we'd each go home and not see each other for 6 months and just play online all the time and that's it. Unless there was a convention we had to go to together or a bookstore, or the Ren Fair, or a game release night, or Little Tokyo. This isn't to say that my current friends are less than great. They're great, but in different ways. I just feel like I can't really click because I don't have much in common with most of them. This is fine. Diversity can be really fun and interesting. However, with someone like me who tends to succumb to bouts of random bleghness, it can make leaving my room, where I'm content with my beloved belongings around me, difficult. Difficult because of the truths that suck to tell people, but that isn't relevant to these truths actually feeling and being very real.

That was unexpected. I feel better from it. Not any less hungry, though.

So I went to a co-worker's birthday thing Thursday night and had my very first hangover the next morning. It was fun. We all met up at some sports bar. I begged one of them to walk in with me because I'd have an anxiety attack otherwise. I still felt really uncomfortable, but her being there was a great distraction. She talked to me and got me to engage. Also, Ralph's is open until 2am. WHO KNEW THIS? Not I! I thought they closed at 11pm. There were two times that we went around that time and saw them closing up. That was the verdict. 11pm. NOPE. Not so much. I am... ecstatic. That means we can go grocery shopping even later! ^-^

After the bar we all went to another co-worker's place. That was the place I stayed at last time. It seems to be the place everyone goes to all the time. Like Jamison's. After Das Bunker or Bar Sinister we'd all usually end up at Jamison's. I miss that. =\
Some other people from work showed up, too. That was fun. One of them started working at Rot's job recently. It's fun to talk to him about their encounters :P
Anywho... I drank lots. Apparently.
Actually, I took several shots. I kept wanting to go play Fallout New Vegas, but I kept getting distracted by various different things that night. Also, I couldn't stay concentrated because I started feeling more and more drunk. It was weird. I tried to focus really hard, but everything felt woozy and my head was moving from side to side even though it wasn't. There was no sleeping for me that night. I stayed up all night talking to one of the Heathers. I don't remember most of what we talked about, but I feel like it was sad. When it started getting light out, we went outside, climbed up some ladder that led to the roof and took pictures of the sunrise. Super pretty.

We went back inside and someone had woken up. I went to sleep for a few hours and felt fine on the drive home. It's like 3 blocks away. When I got home and started picking out my clothes for the day, I started feeling sick. Flopped on my bed and uuuuuuuuuuugggggggggggh what an awful feeling. How do college students do it?

I was supposed to go to Little Tokyo with Devon but I couldn't. I felt like throwing up every time I hauled myself up and walked 3 feet. It sucked. I passed out until 5. Oh yeah, sorry for the wall of text. Here are some pictures.

 Heather!

Drahnk Birthday Girl.

Heather. :3
Ugh. My makeup was all messed up. I think I was crying, lol.

He's adorable!

Birthday girl decided she was ballsy enough to do some karaoke.
I have videos! But I've not edited them together yet. :P Maybe I'll post them on the facebooks.

This coming Thursday I'm going to Fry's with dnd guy to pick up some extra necessities for the computer that is now his! While there, I might look at some graphics cards. I'm excited. If I find something nice... omfg.

I am the son
And the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular

You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?

I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does.

I am the son
And the heir
Of a Shyness that is criminally  vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular
You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?

I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

There's a club if you'd like to go
You could meet somebody who really loves you
So you go and you stand on your own
And you leave on your own
And you go home
And you cry
And you want to die

When you say it's gonna happen "now"
Well when exactly do you mean?
See I've already waited too long
And all my hope is gone

You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?

I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

Sycophant

Our roommate bought a new massive LED and a PS3. I must say, the new rendered version of Shadow of the Colossus looks pretty sweet. It's like we have an actual living room now instead of just another room with a glowy rig.

Speaking of computers, my old one is still here. Everything's just gonna get wrapped up. He has until the end of the week and if he keeps putting me off, I'm just gonna sell it to someone else.

Devon and I went to Little Tokyo yesterday. It was great, as usual! We talked about a lot of things. It feels good to talk sometimes. About things that affected me. See, I bottle. I don't mind it much because I rather just listen and observe. But it just was nice, for a change. She had a lot of feedback, which I took in and could really appreciate. Something that I take pride in is my ability to keep myself grounded as much as possible. However... she displayed that I am still very much susceptible to receiving that from the right people. I kow tow to her for grounding me. She took my ass and ROOTED it like a boss. Just kidding, she just reaffirmed what I was already thinking, but it sounded better coming from her.

They had these all over the place right outside the Museum. It was amazing. I wonder what they're gonna be showing soon.

So good.

:3

Of course we had Ramen! Finally got a damn parasol. We both did! It was HORRIBLE out. It felt like in the upper 90s, and the sun was frying us. We had no choice. Not to mention that there were little Asian ladies walking around everywhere with cute little parasols so I mean WHY NOT. Best idea ever tyvm. And they were cheaper than what I found on Ebay. pshyeah.
They're so cute. Now I can go to ALL OF THE PLACES out in ALL OF THE SUNS and nothing can stop me! Actually, my anxiety can stop me. It can stop me pretty fucking quick. And losing my parking spot. That's also a Cynth Adventures killer. And the heat. And also the people walking around. Also all the horrifyingly bad drivers. And being away from my computer.

Okay so maybe just kidding. Regardless, in the event that I am forced to go out into the sun via guilt or obligation, I am equipped appropriately.

MOVING ON--

I have this character sheet I need to work on. Rot wants to start a campaign with Josh and me. Not sure how much fun it'll be with just 2 people, but I'm optimistic. As long as there are a lot of snack items, I'm optimistic.

There's something at work that may or may not be good... or icky. I mean it's good to a normal person. I don't know. I don't even know.
Oh. Funny story;
Remember how I wrote about a co-worker that completely lost her shit at me to where I thought she was coming at me to punch me in the face? Well... yesterday she threw something so hard out of anger over a note the manager left her that she broke one of our tables.

I mean... I'M WEIRD. But that's... that's something else. I don't... I don't know. I don't even know.
I'd be lying if I said that didn't make me feel some kind of relief though... considering how much nonsense she made up about what happened. If this isn't sobering, I don't know what is!

My face looks less puffy. I look older. Or maybe it's the shadow. I took this last night before bedtime. I like when my eyes look red and puffy. That shirt is so comfy. I look serious. SO SRS.

Team Cool is scheduled to return to Little Tokyo on Friday. I was scheduled to work, but thankfully got my shift covered.

Thursday evening some of my coworkers wanna get together to go to some Dim Sum place in Glendale.
Thankfully... we'll get paid Friday, so I'm not that stressed over it like I normally would be.

Also, I've been able to become a little more social lately. It's nice. Kind of. Social but at like 4 in the morning. Hidden in the night times. Insomnia with friends makes insomnia more tolerable. Especially after making them watch Three Extremes on Netflix.

In spite of the image, Cynth is all smiles lately. :3

Level 40 reached last night!
10 more levels until I can explore the island they added in the 1.4 patch. I could've gone on my other level 50 that I have on the Guardians side, but felt it would be more special if it was explored on this toon. I can't wait!

I hope Rot makes us dinner when he gets home. Mmm'ungry! ^-^

Re-install

Oh man!
She writes again!

Lace is my favorite.
Laced with tentacles.
Squee ^-^

What can I say, I've been distracted. I finally got in my new monitor, which means that I was able to get my old computer all set up to sell. Immediately I thought of someone who could really benefit from it. It was supposed to be out the door today, but to my eency, teency, tiny surprise, that didn't happen. :)

There is a current problem that I am faced with, however. I am down to only two candles that can still burn. WHAT AM I GONNA DO? It's awful. I have to get more. That means... venturing out into the feral populace that North Hollywood breeds. And then pass it to go to the mall. Drag someone out with me is my only hope for survival. Candles. They are important to me.

My work has a new manager. I don't know how I feel about her just yet. She's made a couple mistakes, which I've put behind me. Others don't seem to vibe too well with her new ways. It's completely understandable. Time will tell how everything plays out. This brought me to say that despite her changes to our work place, she is a total goth music lover. She was playing Depeche Mode, The Cure, and The Smiths on her phone all morning today. My jaw hasn't dropped that hard since I found out that Netflix started streaming seasons of Spongebob Squarepants. So there's a little bit of bias from my part, now that I know she digs fucking Depeche Mode. I bet she does a mean Molly Ringwald on the dance floor.

Anyway, today was gkdlafjskj. The boss has been giving me more hours of work, which have taxed my shoulder. The muscles in my back and my rotator cuff are making their disapproval known again. I had to take it easy today. Once I got home, I took a cold shower and played some Rift. Relaxy times ^-^

You know what feels really good?

When you come back to turn in like 5000 quests, just waiting for you with experience points and loot. mmmph!

Look at her crotch. It's sticking out of her 'armor'... Way to go, devs. Way to go.

Aww... she's so cuuuute!

This Friday I think that Devon is gonna try to make Little Tokyo happen. She's unsure still because she's waiting to hear back from someone. I hope it works out. I'd really like to go again. FCKING LOVE LITTLE TOKYO.
And and and and and and and also another co-worker of mine (whom I went to Disneyland with) has coupons for a visit to Medieval Times!!! We have to schedule something soon because they expire at the end of this month. I've wanted to go there for as long as I can remember, but Rot is just a big doodoo head and never made time for it. We're still planning things out and thinking of who to invite. It's delicate. See, MT cannot be soiled by too much mockery. We can make fun of the event in jest, but genuine nerd bashing is a no no. Only those who can appreciate the total dorkdom of jousting, feasts, roleplaying, and knights sword fighting to the death are prioritized. IT'S KINDA VIP.

One more day of work and I finally get a day off. Ooooof my shoulder is so sore. I can't wait...
I also can't wait to get rid of this computer so I can get back to my charms! It's taking up room at my craftsies station!

I'd move it if I had another power strip to plug it into. It was fun trying to find all the parts for this. Who knew I had 3 other mouse(s?) and two other keyboards just laying around? I DIDN'T. I'm gonna miss this comp. We had a lot of good times together. I played WoW on this comp when it first launched. It's been good to me. I can only hope it's next owner will be just as good to it.

It almost hurt when I wiped the hard drive completely for the OS re-install. I found some old pictures and videos on it that I had forgotten were there. OH WELL.
That's what memories are good for.

Ugh, I really hope we can go to Little Tokyo.

Drank

Let's see.

MY NEW MONITOR'S GETTING HERE ON WEDNESDAY I think.  Stoked. A lot. I can finally get rid of this 19 inch with my old computer. I have to set it up and wipe the hard drive clean, check the specs and give it a good shower. Someone at work is gonna buy it all. Keyboard + mouse, monitor, everything. I haven't decided how much I'm going to sell it for but this much is certain-- supply and demand.

Friday lived up to my expectations. Little Tokyo didn't happen.
This is how it works basically:

Social experiment + 0 expectations = Of course you would do that

I figured that would happen, and it did! This gave me time to make a gift ^-^
I wish I had taken a picture of it. It was a cute little taco charm- for a co-worker. When we worked late, we would all go get tacos together to this place he loves at like 1:30 in the morning and hang out til 2. Delicious. They were the real tacos, too. The ones with the little tortillas and the meat with the fresh cilantro and lime on top ALL FRESH AND SHIT RIGHT OFF THE STAND. MMMPF.

Yeah. Taco.

I went to a co-worker's birthday party thing that night at a fancy shmancy hotel in West L.A. I don't even know what that means. It was fun. Carpooled with some people who live around the corner. I got drunky. Actually, I wasn't that drunk, just super dizzy and my tummy felt topsy turvy. It was completely different than that other time I got drunk with co-workers. HAHAH awww that's not funny. :(
Only a few people know about that. Including Rotny. loooooooooooooooooooool.

Oh, I made these.

Are you alive? Cute, I know. I KNOW.

One of them is a commission, one's mine. MWAHAHAH
The cuttle fish is mine also.
I don't think it will ever really sink in how great it feels to have people like your creations enough to buy them. I guess it's sort of similar if you have a daughter, and she's really hot and becomes a legit porn star. You can feel sort of good knowing your genetics were decent. Right? Is that.... no? okay.

Back to party thing. Yeah, I don't do parties much. Like ever. The typical dressy occasion for me is a night out at some goth club hoping I don't run into anyone lying through their teeth. It's SO obvious. Entertaining though. And that's my party time.

This was like... normal party. It was nice. Sort of uncomfortable and awkward at first because it was my first time.. heh... and I sort of stuck out like a sore thumb but being around my co-workers make it less weird. I did however wanna punch the bartender in the face. When did eye-fucking become an acceptable thing? Is this a thing now? So blatantly leer and smirk the fuck out of someone in such a suggestive manner like... just.. I don't know. I thought it was rude. Whatevs. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like giving perverts the satisfaction of even engaging eye contact with me.

ugh.

It was fun!
So I got dranky dranky and we all ended up sleeping at my co-worker's place. BUT NOT BEFORE TACO BELL OMGHAD. mmmmmmmmmmm
When we got there I was almost out immediately. They have a super comfy couch ^-^
DnD and I both worked the next morning. Surprisingly, I woke up an hour earlier than what my alarm was set at. When I woke up again I split. Everyone else was out cold. I almost tripped over Tanya. If I had, I would've landed on my head and it would've been really fucking funny. I should've. Good times. I hope they have me over again. They better, they're down the fucking street.

boobs.

Of course, when I drink, I HAVE to cornrow someone's hair. It's beyond my control.

Awww yea.

Also, I think Little Tokyo breakfast club is dead.
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
