    The title for my blogs always ends up being the last thing I do.
I wish that weren't the case because sometimes I'm at a loss on where to begin.

FOOD.

So, 2 nights ago Topher hit me up because food.

There was a farmer's market thingie going on and and and and and ^____^ me likey that kinda stuff!

 

He said it goes on every week or something. I had no clue it was right here! 

 Everything about these little events makes me happy.

The tents, the variety, the people, the SAMPLES! 

It all just feels so homely and cozy, walking up and down the isles looking at all the stuff to browse. Makes me happy ^_^

We bought empanadas from this Peruvian stand. 

I wanted to try it for obvious reasons. 

He spotted a hummus stand. 

3 for $12? Fuck yeah!

 So many different kinds! It was incredible lol

 Once we felt satisfied with our browsing and purchases, we walked to a nearby boba place lol

It straight up tasted like the ones back in Peru, the street ones. And how my mom made them. I was so happy lol.
 It was delicious, and honestly, I'm gonna go back to that stand just to have some more.
Because after that, we totally went back and I bought another one lol. Talked to the couple who were running the stand-- they're Peruvian, we chatted for a bit and I was like

YO, YOU GUYS NAILED IT.

And she was like

YOP. STRAIGHT UP PERUVIAN RECIPE

and I was like

YOP. I KNOW. YOU LEGIT

and she was like

YA I KNOW AYYYE

it was a moment. A very precious, bonding moment. Which reminds me... I wanna go to that Peruvian joint in K-Town soon. hmm.

So we nommed and headed back to Topher's

And I just realized he didn't have his glasses on. 

DID HE NOT WEAR THEM WHEN WE GOT THERE?? THE WHOLE TIME!?

HUH.

Lol, the original plan was to go to Downtown Disney, but then like, just kidding.
And we went to this conveyor belt sushi place instead
AND I WAS SO OKAY WITH THAT

It was so cute inside. Guys I felt like I was in the future, but also was Mr. Rogers.

So it's not like a normal conveyor belt sushi place where they just are on a belt forever until you pick one. You order, and they send it out to you on a belt. It was cool. And super, super cute. 

Guys, I fucking love sushi.

Fun fact: I never used to like saké.
Especially hot saké. But I think being closer to death just changed that somehow, apparently. Because we downed... much saké. lol

omg, so the last 2 other times we went out to eat, I split my chopsticks like a little bitch 

and it happened again

 Straight to the manga section!

I picked up a new manga by Kentaro Sato.

Look him up. He's right up my alley, I love his stuff. It's cutesy, but also gorey and kinda fucked up. 

I was looking at the Battle Royal book too, but that was for another time. I really wanna read it. It's one of my fav movies, and I can't even imagine how in depth the book goes into everything. 

After books, we went for boba lol.

SUNDAY! 

Was Dapper Day at Disneyland!

I've been wanting to Disneybound Ortensia FOR. EVER.

ForfrickingEVER you guys. 

And like, a cute Disneybound. So, Sunday was the day to do it. 

I last minute decided to make a quick hat and some ears to wear.

I have my ears that I bought from California Adventure, and I almost wore them
except, the hat on those ears is brown. Like the color is sepia toned, and I wanted greyscale. Because my skirt is grey. Orensia is fucking greyscale ok. She's retro and minimalistic and doesn't need all that POLKADOT COLOR BULLSHIT OK

kidding.

So yeah.

 Grabbed my Oswald and headed to Disneyland :)

I'm going to be very honest and say that I felt really good in this, lol. 

Because 

1. ORTENSIA!

2. My eyeliner was modest and not as heavy as I normally do, and it came out okay ^_^

3. Was rockin the 30's eyebrows!

4. My outfit covered every inch of my body except for my fingertips and face, lol

As soon as I got to California Adventure, I went to my bf's shop and bought the pins:

 

Pinned them to my top, and omg I was so happy lol.  

It completed my Disneybound! haha

And a few people stopped me to compliment my outfit, I was really happy with how it came out ^_^

I roamed around a bit and eventually went to the movie room in Disneyland on mainstreet.

Someone in there walked by me and said I looked like I belonged in there. 

Heeeeeeeee

 It would've been nice to see some of the people that were there that day, but I'm also not trying to be around negative people either. 

It's cool, I wasn't alone :)

The shops on Main Street are so cute. 

Especially all the antique stuff!

As it got later, the crowds died down, and we got to go back to Disneyland and get on some rides!

The Indiana Jones ride got stuck and we were in there for a good 10 minutes. We got to ride it again

I love Oswald and Ortensia so so much!

They're the cutest. 

It'd be cool to have an Oswald Disneybound with me. Like a greyscale one so we can match :P

In the meantime though, I'm happy with my own Oswald plush, haha

Earlier tonight I stopped by Rudy's to chill for a bit. Got to meet Kenji

Poopy attacked me with doggie kisses lol.
We ended up watching some of the Naturto movie lol and then everyone split.

And now we're here! It's 4 in the morning lol. GAH.

I have so much reading to catch up on. I finally finished Gyo. Next I have to finish Scribbled Victims before Bats Day. And then I can start on Battle Royal and/or my new manga.

BOOKS, MAN. Geez.

ANYWHO. I'm updating more these days. Is that bad? Idk. Do people like the more regular posts or ...? idk. I just don't wanna get backlogged again with a trillion photos and a long ass entry to do once or twice a month. lmk?
