I forget when I started writing this lol

    World of Warcraft has my heart again. Had our first mother and father's day. It is a Souls-Like experience without a doubt, but it's so thrilling and rewarding. 10/10, down for New Game +.

Sooo, where to start? Well, I completely dove right back into World of Warcraft. The server is kinda dead, but my guild was cool and pretty active. It was perfect Also, I never knew how awesome Darkshire and Duskwood is. In all the years I've played, I never played through that zone. 

So dreary. Took my sweet time going through there. I think... Now that I know that area exists, it's a must-do zone. I think it's Alliance only, though? Maybe that's why I never experienced it before recently.

But there was drama while I was MIA, busy playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. People left to another guild that also has their own drama, yadda yadda. Very World of Warcraft: Classic. I wanted authenticity, there it is.

Sometimes she'll sit with me or her dad and watch us play.

Work continues to kick my butt, and I continue to love what I do. :)

And Mung Bean continues to make everyone melt and fall in love with her. Great auntie gave Mung Bean intro to piano.

Some snippets of life these days;

It's a little amazing how patient Ophelia is with Mung Bean. Ophe shows play aggression with Mr. Chicken, but is also super attached to him. She also establishes boundaries and has a short fuse with being handled or touched, unless she's feeling snuggly. But then, she'll be completely docile while around Mung Bean. Totally different than the usual nipping and play that we're used to.

I'm not stupid, there's gonna be a day where Mung Bean will, as babies or toddlers do, overstep boundaries unknowingly and Ophelia will communicate her distaste or panic as cats do- It's fine. We'll deal with it.

Until then, Ophelia's been a great big sister lol

That bassinet by the way is crazy. We were lucky to have been able to use it thanks to Mr. Chicken's work for a while and returned it a few months ago. It was a game changer in the beginning and gave us a lot of room to learn. Totally OP.
The "SNOO" smart sleeper - app controlled and osculates to rock baby to sleep when she'd cry. Would I say buy it? No, because it's useless after 6 months once baby outgrows it. And it's like, $1700.00. If a large family is being planned, then yeah totally.

Mr. Chicken has brought Mung Bean to my work a few times now to drop off food for meeeee!

It's always so sweet because the girls will come out and say hi when they can :3

Never been one for labels, but as exhausting as it all is, I'm empowered by being a mom, a wife, working full time, and still balancing my own identity amongst everything. I think that's the weirdest part and can understand how some peeps kinda lose themselves after becoming a parent.

Everything is about the baby. Or rather, that's the rule.
One of the biggest lessons has been to just let things unravel. I can't control everything. It doesn't make sense to even try. So we've stepped out of that weird Rules thing and are doing whatever tf we want, lol.

No schedules. No tallying or counting or tracking or whatever. I can't.
The only real set thing is bed time, everything else is pretty much just following her lead. And it works!

While we are always keen to bring the Bean to the parks, this time she had to stay behind with the grandparents because the event ran until 1AM. It'd be mean to keep her out that late, lol.

A cast member gave me a heads up to not wear it in the park. Fair enough.

So we got there early to wander and drink before the actual event started.

And wander we did. Right to Pym's Test Kitchen.

I keep telling Smur to cosplay Dr. Strange. I think he'd look legit. Also, he got a Magic Key pass, huehuehuehue :D

I didn't know Clarabelle's paramour was around! He's a player though, kept blowing me kisses. Horace, you rascal.

To kill some time since we got there so early, we went to Downtown Disney and drank more, lol.

As it got closer to event start time, since we were in Downtown Disney, we just took the monorail into Tomorrowland not thinking anything of it. When we passed the front gates it looked like... the siege of Minas Tirith. Absolute chaos.

So we got drinks to celebrate, lols.

That's no moon.

Once time came around, we didn't know what to do. So we just kept wandering and buying stuff lolol.

And yeah, as one can guess- it was a sea of Star Wars nerds, many of which were dressed up in SW cosplay.

There was even this guy:

And there were themed foods at certain places. But we were full from eating like jabronis earlier.

So we took dumb photos and wandered aimlessly some more lol.

And miraculously, we managed to get a spot in the queue for Oga's Cantina.

It was so packed, lol. As to be expected.

Mr. Chicken bought the frickin mug, ugh lol.

I wore the helmet briefly for photos. No one said anything, but I wouldn't wear it outside within the park.

Beef stroganoff was really good. Annnnnd there were Yoda beignets! Matcha flavored. Pretty yummy. That black thing was ... I don't even know LOL.

He looked at us and I felt special cuz he pointed in our direction ^_^

There was a bunch of other stuff going on but none of us looked into it lol, we were just there to walk around aimlessly and chill. Was cool seeing stuff as we walked out though. Doing stuff without knowing what to expect is more fun, imo.

Jedi. Jedi everywhere.

Was a good time. The Mickey ride at the end was the cherry on top. Zero wait :D

We're doing the park thing more. At least... we're trying to. It's been a little bit.

It's kind of a bummer because once we're out there, it's pleasant. It's the drive to get dressed to leave the house, traffic, being around people and their eventual uncouth infractions that have to exist before me in broad daylight, lowering my social meter one tactless choice at a time.

But look at this little lady. She's a working mom, I could tell. I wish I had stuff to give her. Cutie.
Ah, and the cherry blossom trees were nearing the end of their bloom.

I'd never seen a cherry blossom tree in person before. It's probably for the best that we went around that time because if I saw someone shaking the branches to get a petal shower for a photo I would've lost my mind. So rude.

We found a table to sit at that was shaded by this cool tree with a hollow at the base of its trunk. It felt magical. In my mind, I was imagining a whole little world down there of critters and stuff, like in South of Midnight. That little spot was really cute. So cute that it almost made me forget about the auntie that ran down a whole hill to ask us for a cigarette. 
Nevermind the NO SMOKING signs all over the park.
 
Yuck.

I'm so judgemental, lol. But it's because like, none of these things had to happen. Life can be not about you- I promise. Just like, try a little. Sit down. Back off. Be humble. shit.

Anyway,

We had lunch there, it was so niiiice. We got poke and boba and just chilled under the shade of the magical hollow tree, and Mung Bean took a nap.

The park was really big, too. Definitely avoid weekends.
Just like any other... thing that exists.

Ah, we're getting finally into the end of April, and the bishouju statue that Mr. Chicken got me finally arrives. 

She's BEAUTIFUL!

She's sitting next to my Pinhead statue. They're best friends.

I wanna get more, but there aren't any out right now that appeal to me. I think Pinhead and Sadako are, actually not just characters I genuinely like, but the most attractive and unique in design as well.

I've been working on this post for weeks, and have grown so disconnected because so much time has gone by now, but the adventures haven't stopped. May has been incredible, so has June. And I'll write about those in the next one, because right now I wanna play Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 lol

Also omg, the guild drama since I started this post has been weird, and now I don't wanna play WoW again, haha. WEE.
