Disney & Entropy: Part I

September, October, November, Now December. As the year comes to a close, I wanna do a dumpy on all of the good that has happened. There are thousands of photos, which I will comb through and spare to the best of my ability for countless fun thingies to look back on.

September and October are the anniversary month of our being together for 6 years, and 1st year of being married. A little over a year ago we were walking down the aisle together... the same week as mid terms. Throughout most of it I was mentally and emotionally in a constant state of internal screaming. But my mom, Mr. Chicken and my sister in law helped keep me from imploding. And because of them, we were able to pull off the thing. Frankly, I'm proud to say that we got married on hard mode. It was utter chaos for me, but worth it.

Imagine being married to me, lol.
Well, here's a look into what that looks like sometimes.

The Disney parks is a marker of where we would meet up to hang out after work in the early stages of mild flirting. We revisted a lot throughout September and October.

Halloween time in Disneyland is a dream.

The lights, the music, the themed beverages and foods. It's my favorite time of the year in general but being in the parks during the Fall season is ultimate cozy.

He's not crusty and I'm not that polished,
but yeah, 100%.

This year we went out of our way to try the themed foods. It's not something we paid much attention to in years past, but it added a questing element to our visits.

Quick brunchie at the boardwalk to try the seasonal Ghost Pepper Nachos and the Butterscotch Apple Mule. Nachos were really good! The mouse is coming through with the spicy! The mule didn't hit it for me, but Mr. Chicken liked it.

Spooky ghosties!

In Tomorrow Land, there's this area where Star Wars stuff used to be. It's blocked off now, but when we walked by it we saw a sign that was like "if you have this thingie, you can get photos here!" And we were like, omg we totally have the thingie.

Mr. Skywalker was a big, towering presence to behold. I became a little flustered, bright red, incoherent, squeaking, giggling idiot whose brain was melting from nervousness. I couldn't even LOOK at him or stop nervous giggling. Idk wtf is wrong with me.

We had to try the Grave Stuff at Gaston's favorite tavern.

Lumiere I think would approve. It's just as tasty as the Grey Stuff.

This trip in particular we were brave and came to the parks early in the day. By 4:00pm I was napping at a cafe table and he was idling on his phone recharging his mental battery.

So we went back to California Adventure lol.

Seasonal drinkies for stamina regen. His was the blood orange cocktail thingie, I got the non alcoholic oogie boogie apple... thing. Both yummy and refreshing!

We were getting hongry.

There's this Disney food blog we reference for where to get seasonal noms. This was the Te-Ka Dog. It sounded nuts and underwhelming at the same time but when we tried it, it was reall tasty! It was also hot out so we got cuties instead of fries- more refreshing.

Would I get it again? Yes, but it wouldn't be my first choice. There's a Peanut Butter Whiskey Cocktail that Mr. Chicken loves to get from Cozy Cone Motel - so he got that lol. I can't. It's good, but it's too high level for me lol.

Relief came as it got darker.

The light show was cool. This was the first time I'd seen it or really even knew about it. I guess at like 6:15pm or something Cars Land's signature retro music gets abruptly interrupted and the lights start to flicker. Oogie Boogie cuts in and sings "I Put a Spell on You" as the lights gradually begin to turn on throughout Radiator Springs.

Cars Land during the Halloween season is one of the must-see places when you're planning to visit, imho. Imma keep it real, the real magic happens at night. During the day it's meh. I think Avenger's Campus is nice to stroll through during the day, and the pier. But honestly California Adventure is definitely for strolling, eating, drinking, and chillin' more than anything else. And if you, like myself, are fond of capturing moments, it's great for photo ops! Or just photography.

San Fransokyo looked GORGEOUS at night.
That's what I'm talking about!

Dude, Lunar New Year 2024 is going to go HARD here. I'm calling it right now. This year it was already phenomenal with Oswald and Ortensia but they're gonna pull something amazing. I can feel it. And we'll be there for it.

UGH.

Ahh, Cali Adventure is a dream this time of year.

This was intriguing. The Beetleguise theme song was playing with Oogie speaking in it. I don't wanna read into it but found this kinda curious.

The park was still busy by the time we called it quits. We were so tired omg. It went without saying that our next visit would begin much, much later in the day. The heat, glaring sun, sardine crowding was exhausting just to walk around in. I can't imagine trying to even wait for rides in those conditions.

Disneyland parks have always been crowded, but over the years that we've been going, the density has grown astronomically. I remember when Pirates having a line that went 20 feet back from the entrance was insane. Now it snakes out like 80 feet back, U-Turns around the curb and onto the bridge to not impede foot traffic. There was a pretty walkway area by New Orleans Square that overlooks the lake. It's been turned into stroller parking.

We ended up getting these cute little shoulder babies.
He got da vampire teddy bear and I got Zero.

I saw the increased price discourse for everything at the parks. Admittedly, I was taken aback and wasn't sure if I was down to renew our Magic Key Passes. But Mr. Chicken suggested that we should. He reasoned that it's because... it's a cathartic escape from our other escapes. We come home and are super comfortable with all of our hobbies and everything. This is another getaway. And I can see that, he's right. I literally came to the Disneyland parks to study for my National Board Exams during one of the most stressful times of my life. And I got to hug Clarabelle as I left. After having a drink at Clarabelle's shop... where I was studying lol. It's true, the prices are getting worse. But our commitment to our peace of mind is immeasurable and priceless. So, he's right. And I'm not gonna feel bad about it.

If people wanna put their peace of mind and joy first- CHEERS. Good for you. Go on that cruise. Stay in and order delivery and binge watch that show. Finish that game. Start that project (or get back to it).

So I got this bag after I saw someone in Cali Adventure walking around with it LOL

You don't understand. I saw her and stopped dead in my tracks and worked up the courage to approach her as softly as possible to ask about it. She was at a table with her friends and I didn't wanna but I had to. There was no other choice. She told me it was from LASR.

It is GORGEOUS. I wear it everywhere and no one can stop me lol.

We had another little mini thing at Homdray's following MK1's release.

Everyone brought their consoles/laptops/steamdecks/kitty ears

I regret to say that I was exhausted and went upstairs to nap. But the turnout was cool, we had several people show up!

On the side, I was gradually getting back to making clay stuff.

I just want cute, chonk little pumpky babies.

I don't know how my motivation to craft works. It comes and goes. But there is something about this time of year that draws out that little yearning.

For our September 6 year anniversary of being together, Mr. Chicken took us somewhere so magical that I worry for us because I can't believe that it's real?? He took us to an All-you-can-eat Shabu Shabu x KBBQ place with a buffet...

I could not even believe that this was real. It was AMAZING. They had EVERYTHING EVER.

We ordered so much but my god it was glorious.

I count the days until our reunion.

So full. Our brains were happppyyyy.
Happy 6 years to us chillin'.
:D

I got him an A2 statue cuz aside from Toga, she's one of his waifus.
He got the Balder's Gate 3 CE because of the Illithid statue for me lol

So pretty. The Drow was a cool surprise too. Detail on it was amazing. I haven't read any Forgotten Realms books in years, but the Illithids and Drow... pretty much anything in the Underdark is so cool.

And made more pumpky babies because 2 weren't enough.

Babieeeess. Chonky babies.

I have 2 left after giving some away. Maybe I'll make some little Holiday chonk..bies. Bachonks. Bonchkies. Baby chonks. Chabbies. Bonkbies. Chabokies. What's happening, what is this right now

Um, moving on. We have 100% become Disney adults. That's just what happened. I mean, that's how it started, and it's still going. Time we did as we came back in the evening. On a Wednesday. California Adventure first.

First stop? Clarabelle's? Yes.

Pumpkin beer float and Apple Streudel beer float? Yup.

We were trying to figure out what to eat. It was hard because... so was everyone else.

He knew he wanted a turkey leg. Easy enough. This moment will change our night. You'll see why.
Everything I wanted to try had a long wait time so we'd get in a queue to order food through the app, but then would think of someplace else and reconsider. And it was just... everything was taking a while, so I eventually said eff it and went and got the spicy chicken tender things from Flo's Diner in Cars Land.

It was really good!!! lol

We tried the White Miso Clam Chowder in San Fransokyo's Aunt Cass Cafe.
Idk, man... :\
Could definitely taste the miso, but like, it didn't dance harmoniously with the flavor of the clam chowder. It was like they were both there dancing separately from one another. No chemistry -to me! Perhaps someone else found it a delicious combination. I envy that someone else.

Incomparable.

The nights were still warmish but would cool down just a bit to have a slight crunchiness in the air, lol.

Comfy clothes for crunchy nights are the way to go.

Blood orange dole whip float was tart and sweet and just right for a crunch evening through Disneyland ^_^

Jack's back!

The entire evening was mostly spent wandering around trying to get food within a reasonable amount of time, and then towards the very end of the night before the park closed, we got on some rides when the lines were virtually non-existent.

He was so happy :')

No lines, just nausea.
I was trying to get cute photos when he went feral and began spinning the wheel 412432 miles per hour.

The farewell stroll. Ugh.

Wasn't expecting to see these two as we left!!!
SUP, MICKY :D

They looked SO cute in their Halloween outfits!!

So, when we got to the parking garage, I reached for my keys to unlock Noodle when I felt that they were not on my person. Very un-Disney. Turns out, while we sat for Mr. Chicken's turkey leg consumption, I emptied my bag out trying to find something and left my keys there. It was after midnight. The parks were, for all intents and purposes, closed. I wanted to shrivel up and cry. That would be useless, so instead we turned around and walked (with um, urgency) back to the security gates to ask for help.
When we get there, the guards comforted me and said park services was open until 1:00 am. It happens all the time, they find everything. I'll be taken care of. It was the coddling I needed to keep myself from crying. They had us come through and take the tram back to Downtown Disney.

God, it felt so isolating, lol. We passed trams leaving, heading towards the parking lot full of confused passengers looking at us returning to the park at 12:30am. We rush to the lost & found counter and see a guard at the end of the line rails. It was around 12:37 by this point. I tell her we're stranded because I left my keys in the park and security directed me there for help. She tells me the line was closed and they were done servicing guests for the night.

This made no sense to me because it wasn't 1:00am yet. And the other guards told me specifically, park services are open until 1:00am. This goes against everything. And yet, here she is, Ms. Instagram Baddie guard telling me the contrary, while suggesting to submit a report ticket through the app to be reviewed tomorrow. What good does that do? How? For what?   ????
I felt confused. And defeated- also a large sense of helplessness and panic, because we needed to get home. I turned around and looked at Mr. Chicken as the tears welled up in my eyes. Something about me, I don't argue. I just accept things as they are and try to work around them because what's the point in stressing myself out more? Dumb. Clouds judgement. Not efficient.
I opened the app and put in my report as quickly as I could when the guard asked me a question about my lost item. I forget what she asked because from the moment she dismissed us before 1:00 am and presented zero real time solutions, she stopped existing. She was giving... poor soft skills, but her Arianna Grande lewk slayed.
That's when another security staff walked towards us from the counter. She asked me what was the matter. I told her everything. She asked for more details and after some descriptions of what was on my keychain, she disappeared for a few minutes and returned with my keys.

I wanted to hug her, but instead smiled at her and thanked her profusely through wet eyelashes, overjoyed at the reality of accessing Noodle and venturing home again. We waved goodbye and that concluded our night.

That didn't stop us from going back like, the next week lol. Just understand that... we went to the parks a LOT this Autumn.

When I wasn't at the parks, my days off more or less began with a yummy sammich and pumpkin spice latte. Then I'd bring my treats to my desk, get comfy, and play something. Utterly delightful.

Aw, damnit, we're back in Disney T_T
But this time the keys don't leave my sight.

We got a free treat thanks to a super sweet Cast Member. We were rung up for a holiday item but it turned out to be out of stock. The cast member must've seen the stoic look of defeat and disappointment behind my "Thank you" as I grabbed the drink, because she told us to wait a second, turned around to grab a plate of Grave Stuff and gave it to us on the house. BEST REDEMPTION ARC

We also tried the leek and garlic potato soup bread bowl this time around. Much better than the miso clam chowder, imo. Only thing was it was kinda oily at the start, but the flavor was decent.
We watched the new Haunted Mansion film I think like, 2 days before and had to come back lol.

Back at the best cantina on this side of Tatooine!

That look when I wanna do something annoying or am about to go down a long-winded tangent about random unnecessary historical thing he could've gone without ^_^

WIFE-CHAN

We didn't stay long. I think we arrived around 6:30ish - 7. This time we stayed in Disneyland. Figured California Adventure has been good enough to us that last few visits.

The stillness under a moonlit Storybook Land instills peak tranquility.

We went to check out Toon Town before the doors closed. With 15 minutes to spare, we decided to check out the new Mickey and Minnie ride.

It was completely empty.

We got on to the ride with 5 minutes left. There was like 3 other couples there with us, was so chill. Evening Disney hits different, I'm telling you.

This gives me an idea to pack a picnic basket and have an evening picnic at the park. Imma do it. Just wait.

Initiate smile function!

:D

:)

And there's the finisher shot of Main Straight on our way out. Night concluded! This evening was closer to our 6 year anniversary, so we spoiled ourselves with drinks a little more.

SON OF MONSTERPALOOZA
was so crowded

It's been a little bit. I was excited to revisit. I think we've only been once since this year. Or twice, I can't recall.

I like this con because it's got a lot of artists, mostly. Not as commercial as others, just have to deal with the crowds coming for the guest signings. Parking was tricky, but we made it anyway.

Am still trying to understand if this booth was selling actual rotting jack-o-lanterns. They looked cool but who would pay for that? Unless they were all sculpted but I gotta tell ya... they looked real.

Demos demoing

I remember this artist. It's wild to me that this booth hasn't appeared at Designer Con the last few years.

Wasn't expecting to see a Testament there ^_^

We got our friend a gift and wandered around as much as we could.

But the crowds were too much. This convention is also much smaller than it's sister con, so the floor space made it feel much more restricting.

We didn't stay more than 2 hours before leaving

And headed to Homdray's

MUCH better!

Yeah, I'm not sure I'll be down to revisit Son of Monsterpalooza anymore. There wasn't much to see, the space was small, the layout of things was weird, and I don't know, it just... it felt off for some reason. Good times and farewell, I say.

For our wedding anniversary, Mr. Chicken took us out for a unique experience in dining.

To preface, his fam has been telling me about this place for a while now and because I'm judgemental with food, I wasn't sure if I liked what I was hearing about it. To be fair, I completely misunderstood the entire thing, thinking it a regular restaurant and the portions are expensive and small because they're pretty. OH MAN, WAS I WRONG.

We were seated and the menu came out.
But it was just a drink menu. That's it, nothing else. I was a little confused, but alright.. trust the process. Chaos, sure. Why not? Heh. Heh. Yeah.

But Mr. Chicken is an Earth sign, he wouldn't so blindly subject us to absolute entropy. So what's going on?

We order drinks and a few moments pass by when a server comes by and drops off a really pretty little plate.

What?? He says it's A5 Japanese wagyu I'm like, instantly visually stunted. It's so cute. What tf are these plates? This plant? It's so cute. All of it. Omg??

This tiny bite-size thing was AMAZING?! I don't know what the hell just happened in my face, but Mr. Chicken is smirking and I'm eating not just this delicious thingie, but also my words from all the times I doubted coming here. So that happened, and I don't know what's happening but he comes back with like, something else and sets it down and it's smoking.

In a bubble.

it's smoked ribeye tataki T_T

So yummy! And then he comes back with like, something else.

Tf is this?! IT'S SO CUTE WHAT IS THIS

I can't remember, but it too is delicious as much as it is adorable. He comes back with fruit.

The fruit has been soaked in something, served with soy powder. A palette cleanser if I ever saw one. Mr. Chicken took me very literally when I said I preferred a surprise for dinner.

Next up was chawanmushi. Steamed eggs! Sooo yummy. I forget what was on top.

Another palette cleanser. A giant sea salt chip with veggies and a miso dipping paste. The servings just kept coming.

Beef cheek in a soup broth follow by beef tongue with a yuzu and chive dip thing

That dip was incredible. I used it with everything else that came our way.

THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING TREAT, MR. CHICKEN

The servings just kept coming. I succumbed to the entropy, drunk on delicious euphoria.

He brought filet mignon followed by bone marrow over rice

Bone marrow fried rice, get OUT of here T_T

The final meat selection was the Miyazaki wagyu.

It was so thin and so light

That it was on the grill for like 5 seconds and was ready. And the flavor!

They brought this out at the almost end. I was so touched by all of it. What a beautiful gallery of flavors!

These little cakes were a yummy little treat after our icey yummness.

So, in the end, I was beside myself, and he was smiling at me lol. I will say that this felt like an edible art installation with every course. It was completely different than what I had imagined. I thought it was just another one of those overpriced restaurants with huge, goofy plates and tiny portions. Being wrong about this was a gift on its own. It was like experiencing an art gallery. Each plate was not only beautiful but deliberately crafted so that all the flavors would come together in this crescendo of flavor. It was absolutely awesome. Theatre on a plate, imo.

And we left full. :D

Bringing my parents next time they're in town!

The day after our wedding anniversary, I came home to this on my desk.

There were so many roses that there two vases at my desk. Red and black roses, le sigh. I'm such a dipshit for this stuff, but he went above and beyond T_T. I teared up lol. My birthday bouquet and now these were kept for drying and displaying. Heee.

He also bought me the most simple and amazing little add-on for my desk.

I didn't know I needed a kitty mug warmer/coaster. But I did. It changes the vibe completely and adds +15 cozy to my little area.

Also works great as a regular coaster! I learned how to make Old Fashioned cocktails and went a little nuts with them around this time. He got us skull ice molds, so.

God, we're disgusting.

Lets move on. Here are our equally as disgusting friends. We met up in Downtown Disney to try themed Halloween stuff.

I found a Smurr first. We got sugar :D

Mr. Chicken wasn't sure if he'd be able to make it in time after work. But slowly, he and Lifa showed up as well.

One place had this kind of drink. Another place had a different one. We were on a quest to sample the multitude of spooky season flavors that Downtown Disney had to offer. The Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned that Mr. Chicken got was one of the most delicious cocktails I've had. Mine was fun and tart.

The cheers'ing photos will never stop.

We hung out at an outdoor bar for a minute. The bartender prepared a Maple Old Fashioned for me. She gave me the rest of her maple bourbon (that was left in the bottle) to take home LOL. I asked her for tips on making Old Fashions and she came through! Hahah

We had to get some themed sweeties. Cake pop for me. Lifa had to get his poison apple (sans poison).

T'was a good night before Oktoberfest.
It was my first visit. Wasn't sure what to expect. For the longest time, I thought it was like... a faire grounds situation or something. Maybe it is in some places? But I guess it just depends on where you go. There's a little village that looks like ... a little German town. It was there that we indulged in beer and brats in all their Oktoberfest glory.

HUZZAH!

We were lucky enough to be one of the first groups to get in, so we grabbed a table and just kicked it. Not sure what I was expecting, but I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Night time hit different. We were winding down, but still having a good time. I felt like someone's uncle. Is this the uncle vibe? Because it was pretty nice.

No idea what kind of pastries these are but we ate them. LOL

The bar maidens were adorable and had cute little shooter bottles that we kept snagging. Overall, was a cool chill experience. I'm not sure if I'd venture too far out of my way for another Oktoberfest though. We just drank and ate all night. While I'm not averse to hangs, it wasn't anything particularly different than what we already do lol. Just the scenery changed, and the prices! Enjoyed myself nonetheless ^_^

October presented many fun things. Both Mr. Chicken and I's workplaces set up Halloween events!
Unfortunately my old department's event was for employees only. Still had a good time though :D

Our and a few other departments gathered for a movie night in costume! There was food and snacks. Was cool seeing my old leads all dressed up and having fun ^_^

I brought Donna Beneviento. It was the only thing I could quickly pack up and bring with me to work to change into after my shift. My coworker was down to take photos.

The shots she got came out so nice, but This is the only one I'll post, hehe.
And Mr. Chicken's work also had a Halloween thingie. It was so good to be back on campus!

Yaaaay! ^_^

Madi!!!! She makes a fantastic Linda! We went to visit Suna at sbux and ran into people I used to see every single day. So trippy but waaaah, was super nice tooooo.

It was a nice afternoon to stroll around. We spent most of our time there playing Pokemon GO, ngl.

Always and forever.

Also reconnected with these absolute gems drawn by an old coworker. The lore we'd come up with for characters was wild. We theorized that Sylvanas always wore her hood because she was bald underneath. And in another dimension Widowmaker ate nothing but bundt cakes and french pastries and was fat. And Hanzo would've been a great hero to give a David S. Pumpkins skin because when he'd ULT, his dragons would be the skeletons.

There was so, so much more, but I'll kept the rest safely stored away in my mental archives.

Right after, we went across the street for some Peruvian noms. That's something else I miss... Inca's was right there. I took that for granted, 100%.

HALLOWEEN | Fight!

It was that time of year again and we could finally plan for another party. The last one we had was I think in 2018? This one was gonna be more dope.
This year we had a Villains theme, as well as a fighting game tourney. RNG chaos element to it, just like last time.

Mr. Chicken had me making something for him to wear 2 days before the party, but it worked out! I panicked a little, ngl. The hat and mask were from 99 cent store that I had to paint and cut. The feather is from Ophelia's cat toy. The necklace I made last minute from foam clay. The coat he already had, same with the cane. The red sash for his belt is actually my mortuary science graduation sash because it was dark red LOL, and the cards were from the Guilty Gear card game demo we got from EVO loool. Wild but it worked T_T

Suna came as DEBBIE, lmaoooo

Can tell people had a lot of fun with this. Lifa made that hat the night before lmaoooo

Waah, he looked so cool. Reptile has no chill

Cheers to good juju and gaming

I started serving Alien Brain Hemorrhage shots to people.
Happy Halloween :D

The tequila lime shots were actually pretty tasty. People liked that one more. I'm gonna use different flavors next time to play around.

Lemme get some feature builder in there real quick

We had HR water, don't worry.

SO CUUUUUUTE!!!!!

Lmao, the MK1 hype was real

Cris came through with her dude Jake they looked AMAZING. I can't imagine how long their make up took but damn. They looked so cute omg
BRUH T_T

Then Jason came through in a basically GO-KART
AS BOWSER

We weren't ready for Swol Bowser lmao

Some of my mort sci girls aaaaaahhhhhhh
Val was Ms. Spider from James & the Giant Peach. You can't see it here but her make up was so preeeetttyyyy waaaah

Mel is the most chill person ever. She and Val looked sharp af for our wedding. Mr Chicken still has all the photos on his fancy camera lol.

but who would win!?

Oogie Boogie killed some of the bugs in his stuffing with the Henny that Bowser brought

D'awww

We did a little thing for everyone to show their costumes and have a give away. Was so much fun ^_^

"your daughter WILL marry ME"

Dundun DUUUNNN.
Reptile wins

Woooooooo so fast

She's climbing in your windows, she's snatching your brothers up

Slytherin POS

jk
Am Slytherin too :(

A VILE boss

When it was my turn, I challenged Jafar to a wizard's duel.
Obviously, Mim is superior in every way.

We got a strip tease from Bowser

I'M CAN'T WORDS

Mr. Chicken just stepped up and posed and looked good. It's not fair lol.

It was a lot of fun. We did our little give aways. Suna was a favorite, no surprise.
And then it was tournament time.

CHAOS TOURNAMENT | Same as last time, the rules are fairly simple.

Lifa creates a casuals and pros bracket. Then makes a numbered, master list of almost 30 fighting games. The titles are covered, and people who signed up are paired. They rock-paper-scissors. Winner picks a number on the list, uncovers the title and the the battle begins.

For shits and giggles, Lifa added Souls bosses onto the list LOL. And I think the second winner ended up uncovering Malenia's fight. It was SO PAINFUL. Lifa loves Guts so his char is a chonky sword weilder. It won't surprise you that no one could defeat her lmao so another game was chosen. Still, was a good time watching people cringe defeat after defeat. It went on for a while. Man, good times.

I was Madame Mim. She's perfect in every way.

Imagine if Facilier and Mim ruled the world together. Omg

I just got an idea for a Disneybound. It's not Mim.

So villainous

It got spicy. Those are the best rounds.

Frickin Malenia lmao

I won casuals again, yaaaaay. Am out of practice, though. For the next one imma go into pros. Thad and Koos are nasty to play against but I've been able to best Koos a few times out of a billion. Never played against Thad though. Maybe we can do something for the new year.

Halloween this year was not only awesome with friends, but also at work.

My old department held a cute little trick-or-treat event on Halloween day. It was adorable. The offices were decorated and we were given little bags to walk from office to office to collect treats. It was a chill shift. We weren't all that busy and got to enjoy the spooky charm of the season.

Halloween this year was not only adorable, but it also was the day that I was offered a position in the department I have been trying to get into for a while. After my fun spooky shift, the department manager wanted to meet with me before I left. I had sat in on two interviews by then, and was hyping myself up for another rejection. I made my way up there, greeted her and she didn't waste any time lol. Offered it to me right then and there. To keep from screaming I derpily pursed my lips before letting out a stunned grin through what felt like cemented jaws. My eyes jerked open as a tiny squeal escaped me before I stated out loud "I should compose myself. Yehsszz. !"
She smirked and briefed me on stuff. I went home that day GLOWING. I wouldn't be starting until mid December, but it finally happened. I could've screamed. And I did as I called Mr. Chicken and my mom to let them know I got it. SIIGH

That was September and October. It feels like it went by in a blink. What's next? Ahh, yes. Blizzcon.

That will have to wait because this is where we part ways!! This has gone on long enough. And there's still so much more for Part II. So, adieu dear reader, until we meet again. Happy nights and days and gaming and cozies and all that good stuff. Happy Holidays. Be dope. Cheers.

:D
