Today was a nice, relaxing day.
Rot's phone overheated last night, so when I got home from work, we were forced to go to a Verizon store to get that settled. This required driving down to Hollywood. They were super nice and are shipping us a replacement- hooray!
On our way back to the car, we decided to indulge ourselves and eat out for lunch (for once), and Rot suggested this Greek place on... some street in Hollywood. Chicken something. (I kind of acknowledge absolutely nothing around me in public.) I would've totally roared just to release the overwhelming joy I was feeling, but just had to bear it. It was delicious punishment. Greek food RULES. I was iffy about trying Rot's lamb because even though I eat all the things, I'm weird about infant animals. I absolutely refuse to eat veal, but I came to the conclusion that lamb just means younger, and not literally baby meat, like veal is. So I had some.
I won't eat veal. Don't care. Not having it, ever. You don't chain up a baby mammal so it's muscles don't develop for the sake of texture-- that's fucked up.
Now I'm watching Bicentennial Man. I can't stress how much I enjoy this film.
I really like Nintendo.
