Oh my ghad, so I read today that Rift is gonna have this totally weird player housing system, but it sounds awesome. I was so very worried that they were gonna go the EQ2 rout and do the whole instanced crap. From what I understand, it's somewhat like SWG in that you can pick wherever you want to have your house, in addition to Guilds having their own 'guild halls' in a way also. I'm really, really looking forward to it.
In other news... Guild Wars 2 looks fun. I'm glad that there's no monthly sub for this one.
Actually, considering how there wasn't one for the original GW, their fan base would probably burn down ArenaNet hq if there was. However, I'm pretty over the whole month-to-month thing. I almost cannot believe that ActiBlizzard hasn't reduced their fees yet. After all the crock of shit they've been pumping out, or haven't been I might add, it's ridiculous that they even have the balls to ask people to vote for their titles at DragonCon this year.

 Tomorrow is the big day! SHOPPING DAY that is! Normally, I hate shopping with every fiber of my being. Even going to Michael's; despite how totally opposite of what I fear the experience to be actually is, I still disdain it. Shopping exhausts me. I just wanna go in, grab my shit, and haul ass out the door wailing in emotional agony with sweet abandon.
Ya.

But tomorrow is a day for computer things! Speaking of which, I have to remember to check what's compatible with what. For both computers. Lots of research. That's okay! Yay computer things!
I just can't wait to see what goodies I can choose from for my little girl! Maybe I'll even get some crappy fan with pretty LED lights on it. I have liquid cooling so it can be crappier than crap. However, the lights would look so cute! ^-^ Squee!!!

Also, I have an extra copy of one of my favorite games. I'd like to get him all comfy and settled, so I'm giving that to him in hopes that he plays it, gets good at it, and then I'll have someone else to squee over lore with! It's RTS. I hope he actually plays it. -_-

Craftsies!

Remember how I said we're kinda like hyenas in that we scavenge crap off the street? Well... I found this ugly ass coffee table the other day. It's was all brown and had yellow fabric detail. Ew. It had potential though. Just needed a broken woman's touch.
So of course, I got to work!

I asked my roommate to help carry it in. We went to Michael's to get a different fabric to replace that god awful derision of mankind's creation manifested in fabric. I threw it out. It was pee colored. For whatever reason... it was pee colored.

SO MANY HALLOWEEN thingies! But nothing cute enough to buy. There were these really cute candle holders, but the candles that would fit in there weren't scented.
I can't have not productive candles. I mean candles are lame but at least the ones I get DO something. Multitask even. They make my room look cool and smell nice ^-^

Anywho, this was a two day project. We took the doors off/apart and took the table outside where I cleaned it off and painted it completely over the course of two days. I had Gossip Girl streaming on my phone while I did it. :B

I feel like soon... I will actually have the squee again to do vloggies. I keep saying that but I don't care enough to explain it. I've been feeling crappy, therefore... I just don't feel like doing it. It's basically pretty much math. 
I'm not sure if Little Tokyo's gonna happen Friday. I think it might. I dunno. It's not gonna be just TC or Breakfast Club this time. It's gonna be more people, maybe. I dunno.
