And jk. I do remember, back in Pennsylvania, my best friend at the time, Sara-- when she'd sleep over she'd wake up early and make us chocolate chip pancakes and black tea with milk. And she'd bring it to me in bed and wake me up like that. There was so much love it was retarded. She was wifey. We lived 2 hours apart, but we'd take the train to see each other on the weekends. She's a Pisces too.
Just kidding. My old roommate Lauren would make us cookies :3

If you've read my blog long enough, you know beaches are my little sanctuaries. I recommend visiting a beach or pier super late. It's the most calming, relaxing experience. When you're going through some shit, just drive away to a pier and sit there and watch the ocean. Take it all in.
Your problems are still very real, but in the grand scheme of things, we're just here for a moment. The ocean is endless, the sky is infinite, as are the stars. The moon so so so far away, but still shining it's light down on your shitty problems.
It's amazing.
So. I forget when we went, but I took us to the ocean. My usual spot was too far, so we went to one a little closer.
We took off our shoes and walked in the COLD. ASS. SAND.
And walked along that COLD. ASS. BEACH.

It was late, so we went to the Irvine Spectrum. I'd never been before- just heard a lot about it. It's beautiful!
It's this huge shopping center with EVERYTHING! And it was perfect because it was empty, and we could see all the pretty lights.

We stayed out really late just talking, like we always do. He keeps me so grounded. It's nice, because usually I'm the one that has to play the role of logic-person with my friends. And keeping me from losing it.
Frankly, idk what I'd do if he hadn't talked me down in some instances.
Frank n Sons is a thing I've heard vendors talk about at conventions. They'd suggest I check it out if I was into so and so. I thought... it was a store.

So, I wanted to try that big people drink that Topher had when we were all there last.
So we went to California Adventure and solved this asap.
They were so yummy!
It's like, some pomegranate lemonade thing with vodka and whipped cream on top and just mmmmmmm
So gurd.
Oh, so like last week or the week before that or something, I was sad. So I channeled that into making a miniature.
It was coming out really cute, but then Mochi walked on it and kinda ruined it lol.
I'll finish it another time, lol.
So, Mochi is gone.
It's a long story. But it has a happy ending, because Mochi now lives in Las Vegas with her new daddy who drove all the way here to come get her.
Long story short; she was a rescue from a litter of the cat who belonged to a negligent owner. This owner has jurisdiction over where Mochi could roam, because this owner also happens to be my landlady. Over time, she didn't want Mochi around anymore, and it became ... challenging, to say the least. But she is well and happy now. I miss her a lot, but this was the best move for her, and I'm happy that she is somewhere 100x better than here.
OH. So, back to my friends' hair.
This is where we left it off at...
I had a lot of work ahead of me.
We had to bleach it again, tone it, color it, and cut. Not including rinsing and drying between each treatment.
It was not a fast process, lol.
BUT. I was able to lift it to a solid level 11 while still maintaining the integrity of his hair.
We went from virgin dark brown asian level 2 hair to an 11 and guys.... I was proud lol.
It looks so good too omg

It's okay. He was really happy with it, so I was happy.

For dessert, we went to Seabirds in this plaza place that I like to call "Homeless Chic"
It looks super hipster and artsy, and there's an Urban Outfitters so.... you know.

We were driving down this bumfuck alley deep in the city when we saw the tops of the heads of Kerrigan and Diablo and a Tauren and I was like HOLD UP YOU SEE THAT? He was like YEA IS THAT SAMUS. The entire lot was fenced off so you couldn't see inside, but there was a gap in the fence. So he parked immediately and we went to investigate. and omg..

I see my photog friends' works and it's just so awesome how they create crazy beautiful images the way they do. How they conjure them up and capture their subjects through their own artistic vision. It's pretty incredible.
Mina treated us to soft serve as a thank you. They're both chill, we had a good time.
After dessert, we split cuz were hangry. But first we went to jungle because yes.
And then weebed it at Curry House.
Since I hadn't seen the rooftop garden during the day, I asked if we could visit since it was right there. Soooo we went ^_^
It was different lol. But cool to see everything in daylight!
The last time I was here was at like 1AM with Oppa kickin it until we thought someone was gonna kick us out, lol. So this was pretty cool.
I feel like less of a loser for wanting to take pictures of everything when someone else does it just as much as I do XD

Disneyland once again. But this time I went with someone I haven't seen in a very, very long time.
He also didn't drink and was very, very proud of the fact.

It was an interesting day.

We had more booze. I think the shock of being there with each other was getting to me and I just needed sugar and booze to relax me, lol.

And a turkey leg.
Our night ended late, but it was really good to see him again after so long. He's changed from when we last saw each other 2 years ago.
