Whiplash

   Spooky treats for spooky season! I don't want October to end. The rest of the country dumps it so quickly, and then it's another year to wait until making cupcakes becomes worth it. It's cool tho, I got stuff for cookies!

I don't even like pastries or desserts much, but when I went to Joanne's, I saw stuff and couldn't resist. All this considering they no longer carried what I wanted. I'm assuming they're (and every other retailer) already cycling out of Halloween stuff and bringing in Thanksgiving/Holiday stuff. So short lived!

Even still, these were yummy and fun to decorate!

They even glowed a bit under our wonky lights!

Lifa brought cute orange lights. Because, why not?

We enjoyed spooky cupcakes, espresso, mudslides, panty-rippers, and whiskey.

I, myself am a lil bitch and do not enjoy whiskey as much as some, but can appreciate the different notes in various kinds. It's kinda like coffee. Lifa is whisky whore. We cannot escape it.

I just... needed to capture how cute the cupcake wrapper thingies are..

At which point... Lifa ran out the front door lol
So we chased out after him.
We as in myself and Homdray. Chicken stayed behind, like a dad, expecting his stupid kids to come back within moments.

We didn't.
We found a Lifa behind a tree, and booked it for the playground.

It was like almost 2AM, it's fine.

We started making our way back, when we saw a flashlight in the distance. We started panicking thinking security was about to goof us, but realized it was Chicken. He came with bottles of water, disgruntled but endearing sighs, and emotional head pats. uwu

Upon our return, the headbanging ensued.

Um, my chiropractor told me I basically gave myself whiplash rofl
He put on Metalocalypse, and then I think Chicken put on DragonForce, and then I put on King Diamond. And it just went downhill. Lifa and I were headbanging for like 20 minutes straight.

The next morning, I wanted to break my neck off, and my entire back. But alas, I could not. Because if I had, how could I have enjoyed our cozy new bonfire pit?! T_T

Lifa impulse bought a fire pit.
We save our progress here every week. With drinks, stories, and chillin.

While the fire was starting, Chicken was in the garage doing some final touch ups on his car, when he tells me that there were plenty of buggies just hanging out on his hood if I wanted to feed Meemurs.
And feed Meemurs, I did!

She gobbled that sucker right up.

The idea of "don't forget to feed the plant" is so funny to me. Meemurs makes for not only a cute house plant, but a cute pet lol. While we don't really need to feed Meemurs very often, I still like to give her a treat when the opportunity presents itself. Look at her, she's so cute. And she's still so tinyyyyyyy

The fire was so cozy that night.

Lifa had to go grab stuff. This meant going somewhere Chicken and I haven't gone to in millions of years. We've been happily cooped up at home only venturing out for groceries and errands, but avoiding shopping centers or large outdoor areas with crowds.

Saw this building and my mind immediately went to something else

We spent entirely way too much money. I discovered good, soft, nice quality active wear, and we gorged ourselves out in the open for the first time since lockdown.

A part of me felt like shit- guilty, for contributing to the stagnation of our progress. I'm fine, were not sick, but it's not about us. I'm over it, but don't see myself doing that again anytime soon.

We got enough stuff apparently to be given a giant thing of cotton candy on the house O___O

Finally. It only took me several months. Not because of how much work it is, but because I get distracted easily by hobbies :(

But it's finally done. He was like, "whoa that's really cool"
and I was like ^____^
And now it's in his car.

Was fun! I'm glad it's done with though. I feel bad for taking so long lol. It also doesn't help that I tend to get perfectionist...istic... and when a project isn't going down the way I envision it, I get discouraged and allow distractions to relieve my frustration with myself. That's what happened with Cydaea.

I ended up throwing her away because the way I had approached her frame was completely wrong, and the project was falling apart. So she went in the trash. It sucked. But uh, yeah I think I'll stick to what I know for now. Smaller scale stuff comes out well enough I think :B


Oh yeah, so after the headbanging, my entire back and neck were a mess. I was so ready to get Tammy'd.

That first right after was brutal. She was so sweet, so was my chiropractor. But they were like omg wat did you do. NEVER AGAIN. The second visit was sobering. Still feeling the effects of  METAL, but like what can ya do. She reprimanded in the sweetest way ever and was like, SLEEP SO YOUR BODY CAN HEAL OK? and I was like hokaaayyy Tammyy uwu

Getting spammed constantly is enough to not want to vote. I got one of those stickers in the mail that everyone wears, but I hadn't even voted or filled anything out. They're just sending them out to everyone that registered. What if I forgot?


This past week has been so nice, though. One morning, Lifa made breakfast instead because I accidentally slept in T_T

Today was especially nice because Chicken got his new laptop, and it's just been us with our set ups while we all work and enjoy each others' company.

We've started watching Thudercats (the 2011 one) and it's actually pretty legit lol. I mean... it'll never be the og, but for what it is... they did a pretty good job. It's been dope. We get up early, have breakfast before work and watch Thundercats. Then in the evenings we go for walks and watch anime.

I already hate myself for spending money on Genshin Impact. I fucked up, but yknow what. It's fine.
Waifus are horrible. I need Qiqi.

There it is. Noodles' descent into trashdom.
God, it's so cringe. It's awful. It screams I DON'T ENTIRELY HATE ANIME EXPO, but I like it. Such is life.
I regret to say that that won't be the last. I hate it.
And yet, here we are.
I am totally gonna be that person with lights under the car. It's disgusting. But it'll be tasteful. I have a limit. Like... there are some of those cars that go crazy with waifu/weeb stickers and it's kinda like... it looks like.. how AX smells on the 4th day in the lobby at 6pm. Depending on who you are, that could be good or bad. But uh, yeah. That's my interpretation.

ANYWHO

I wanna make cookies now. It's fridayyyy. Murrrr.
